Carrot Fertility is proud to be a member of the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR), along with other multinational corporations including Apple, Google, and Meta. CFR is a nonpartisan membership organization that serves as a resource for its members, government officials, and other stakeholders to better understand the foreign policies impacting the United States and other countries. Our membership with CFR expands our global reach and deepens our understanding of rules and regulations so we can continue to best support our global customers and members.

We are also proud to participate in the CFR Corporate Leaders Program and announce two Carrot team members who have been accepted into the program, Christine Wozniak, Senior Manager of Global Regulatory Operations, and Sara Wells, Director of Global Solutions for the U.S., Canada, and Europe Middle East and Africa (EMEA). This distinguished program connects private-sector leaders with other decision makers to discuss issues at the intersection of business and foreign policy. Christine and Sara will have the opportunity to learn from other leaders in government, media, nongovernmental organizations, and academia. Through CFR's expansive network and curated learning opportunities, they will also share their expertise in global healthcare systems and the fertility and family-forming regulatory landscape.

Christine and Sara are integral leaders at Carrot spearheading many global initiatives that support Carrot’s mission of fertility care for all. With their deep understanding of country-specific regulations and cultural nuances, they support our customers and their employees in navigating the local rules and systems related to fertility and family forming, including fertility preservation, cross-border care, adoption, pregnancy, menopause, and more.

As a licensed attorney, Christine has led critical regulatory research and policy decisions across 170+ countries for our fertility, pregnancy, and menopause offerings to ensure that all of our members receive exceptional care — no matter where they live. With over a decade of experience in healthcare operations, Sara oversees our largest regions in both member volume and the number of supported countries. With cultural and national legal landscapes constantly shifting, their teams monitor and analyze these changes to fertility care across continents and cultures so members can access best-in-class clinics and agencies and navigate their journeys with ease.

We’re grateful to participate in CFR’s global network of top business, government, and policy leaders tackling some of the most complex issues. With rising leaders like Christine and Sara, we look forward to sharing our fertility healthcare knowledge and deepening our global reach alongside key stakeholders around the world.
